Ananya Mukkavilli

Ananya Mukkavilli is Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at EQT, where she partners with the firm's People leadership to set and execute EQT's People strategy. Her work spans talent, culture, employee engagement, and organisational development. She leads EQT's work on inclusion, embedding it into how the firm hires, develops, and retains talent across its business lines and geographies. Based in London, Ananya joined EQT in 2023. Ananya holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Haverford College. Before joining EQT, she was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where she advised private equity and corporate clients across consumer, technology, and industrial sectors, latterly within the firm's Principal Investors and Private Equity practice.
