Amir Haghshenas

Amir Haghshenas is a Director at EQT within the Americas Global Wealth Solutions team. He covers financial advisors and investment professionals across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, distributing EQT's strategies across Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate to the private wealth channel. He also serves as Head of the Internal Sales desk, leading its efforts to drive EQT's expansion across the US private wealth market. Based in New York City, Amir works closely with advisors and CIOs at leading wealth management platforms and is a central part of EQT's growing presence in the US private wealth market. Amir joined EQT in 2024. Amir holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designations and graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where he captained the Division I Men's Soccer team. Prior to EQT, he held roles at TPG Angelo Gordon, PIMCO, and PNC Investments.
