Alessandra Berkeley

Alessandra Berkeley is the Global Head of Rewards at EQT, where she leads the firm's global reward function, including compensation strategy, incentive design, reward governance, payroll and benefits. Alessandra is based in London and joined EQT in 2026. Alessandra holds a degree in Economics from Luiss University in Rome. Prior to joining EQT, she spent five years at Investcorp as Global Head of Reward, and before that spent 17 years at UBS, where her career spanned roles within the Investment Banking Division, Strategy and Business Development, and Reward.
