Alberto Facchinato

Alberto Facchinato is a Director in the Group Valuations Team at EQT, where he oversees the independent valuation function for EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. (EFMS), EQT's Luxembourg-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager. Based in Luxembourg, Alberto works within EQT's regulated fund management entity, where the valuation function operates under the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and forms a core part of EQT's investor protection and governance infrastructure. Alberto joined EQT in February 2022 and is a member of the AIFM Valuation Committee. Alberto holds an MSc from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. He has worked in the investment fund industry since 2011, with prior roles at DWS Asset Management Group and Wellington Management.
