Alae-Eddine Boufarrouj joined EQT Partners Private Equity Team in January 2026.

Prior to joining, Alae was an Investment Banking Analyst at AZ Capital, a Spanish M&A boutique firm based in Madrid, where he gained exposure to multiple sectors, with a particular focus on Private Equity transactions.

Alae holds a Double bachelor’s degree in business administration and law from Esade.
