EQT to acquire Perficient

The BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII (“EQT”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Perficient, Inc. ("Perficient" or "the Company") (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading global digital consultancy transforming the world’s largest enterprises and biggest brands.

With this transaction, BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII is expected to be 55-60 percent invested (including closed and/or signed investments, announced public offers, if applicable, and less any expected syndication).
