EQT sells shares in Munksjö Oyj

EQT III, through Munksjö Luxembourg Holding S.à r.l., and EQT Expansion Capital I Limited ("EQT") have sold 6,000,000 shares[1], corresponding to 11.8 per cent of the shares, in Munksjö Oyj ("Munksjö") to institutional investors. The transaction took place on May 20, and following the sale, EQT owns 6,134,000 shares[2] in Munksjö.
