EQT finalises Struers deal with Roper

On 5 September, EQT completed the deal with Roper Industries regarding EQT's sale of 100% of the Struers group for approx. DKK 1.2 billion. Closing of the deal had been conditioned upon e.g. approvals from regulatory authorities, which now are in place.
