AG Kühnle Kopp & Kausch is one of the leading producers of turbines, ventilators and compressors for a wide range of industrial applications. The Company has been acquired by German Equity Partners II, a fund advised by ECM Equity Capital Management GmbH, in 2004.  EQT Expansion Capital I supported the transaction, providing mezzanine financing and equity. The Company has now been sold to Siemens AG.
