EQT Expansion Capital - Exit MTH

Metall Technologie Holding (MTH) is one of the leading producers of industrial furnaces, owned by the private equity consortium consisting of Hannover Finanz and BayernLB Private Equity, a subsidiary of the Bayerische Landesbank. In the spring of 2004, EQT Expansion Capital I supported MTH in the context of an add-on acquisition via growth financing. MTH was now sold to European Capital S.A., an internationally operating private equity house.
