The EQT Infrastructure IV fund ("EQT" or "EQT Infrastructure") and affiliates of Digital Colony Partners ("Digital Colony") have signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., which provides mission-critical bandwidth to the world’s most impactful companies.
