Biologically-Grounded Risk Stratification and Mechanistic Subtyping of Hyperemesis Gravidarum
Description: By integrating genetic, clinical, and biomarker data from diverse patient populations, this project will define molecular subtypes of hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), validate GDF15 and related targets, and build a predictive framework to stratify disease risk and severity — laying the groundwork for future therapeutic development, fostering equitable early intervention, and paving the way for personalized diagnostic tools to improve maternal health outcomes.
