Warren Adelman
Warren Adelman has been an advisor with EQT since July of 2025.
Warren Adelman has more than 25 years of experience leading and advising high growth technology companies. Warren spent a decade at GoDaddy.com (NYSE:GDDY),as both an executive and board member. Starting as VP, Business Development, then taking on infrastructure and products to Chief Operating Officer, including GoDaddy’s customer care and sales operation, to President and, after a sale to private equity in 2011, to CEO. In addition to his experience as an executive officer, Warren has served on several public and private technology company boards, including SendGrid ,which went public in 2017 and later sold to Twilio (NYSE: TWLO) and SecureNet Payments which sold to Worldpay.
In addition to his director role at EQT portfolio company Acronis, Warren currently serves as a director at Digital Ocean (NYSE:DOCN), Yotpo and Artlist.io. During 2023-2024 he served as Executive Chairman at DigitalOcean during a time of executive leadership transition at the company.
He is currently managing director of Nativ Group, an investment firm he founded in 2013 focused on innovative, technology-driven businesses. Warren has been awarded more than 20 patents related to Internet infrastructure and security.
Warren holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto, in Toronto, Canada.
