Thomas P. Wagner

Thomas P. Wagner has been an advisor to EQT since 2013.

Thomas currently serves as Chairperson of the Advisory Board at the renewables company TION and at the BESS company, ju:niz energy, both EQT portfolio companies. He is also engaged as a Supervisory Board member at Gunnebo Group and as an Advisory Board member at Schüller kitchen group.
Prior to that, Thomas served as CEO for GETEC Group, Europe’s leading energy-as-a-service platform for decentralized energy systems serving the B2B real estate and industrial sector. GETEC has been acquired by EQT in 2017 and grew 4x during the 5 year holding period.

Prior to that Thomas has been Group CEO of Dorma, one of the world’s leading building tech companies for access solutions. Previously Thomas served as Regional CEO and member of the global Executive Committee at OTIS, the world’s leading elevator company.

Thomas P. Wagner is an industrial engineer and holds an MBA.
