Tasuku Kuwabara

Tasuku Kuwabara joined EQT Partners in December 2024 and is the Head of Infrastructure Japan.

Prior to EQT, Tasuku was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led McKinsey’s Healthcare and Public Sector Practices in Japan and he served a range of clients across pharmaceutical and medical-technology companies, conglomerates and investors, financial institutions, and various government agencies in Japan. Prior to McKinsey, he worked in diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

Tasuku holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a B.A. degree in international relations from the University of Tokyo.
