Sharon Maguire

Sharon joined EQT in 2023 and is Global Head of HR for Infrastructure. She leads the HR team supporting Infrastructure employees across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining EQT, Sharon spent 16 years at Blackstone, where she held roles across Employee Relations, Benefits & Wellbeing, and Human Resources Business Partnering, most recently serving as HR Business Partner for the Credit business. Sharon is an EMCC-qualified Executive Coach and holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification. She earned a BA in Business and Spanish from University College London (UCL).
