Ori Ben-Moshe

Ori Ben-Moshe is a Director of Portfolio Operations at EQT, where he leads value creation, operational improvement, and growth initiatives across the portfolio companies of EQT's Infrastructure funds. Based in Chicago, he supports infrastructure businesses through the full ownership cycle, from investment thesis to exit. Ori joined EQT in 2025, following 25 years in private equity portfolio operations, consulting, and general management. Prior to joining EQT, Ori led portfolio operations at ORIX Capital Partners and Serent Capital, and earlier worked at McKinsey & Company, where he advised industrial and technology clients and served as General Manager of Numetrics, a McKinsey portfolio company. Ori holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an ME from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
