Ophélie Valentin

Ophélie joined EQT in 2026 and is the HR Director for APAC Infrastructure. Before joining EQT, Ophélie spent eight years at PAG, where she held roles in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering across its Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit businesses. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. Ophélie earned a Master’s degree in Business from INSEEC and a Research Master’s degree (DEA) in Human Resources from IGR-IAE Rennes in France.
