Nicholas Jopling

Nicholas "Nick" Jopling has been working with EQT since 2019.

Nick has over 25 years’ experience in senior strategic and operational leadership within the residential property sector, across both advisory and principal roles. He was Head of Residential at CBRE (2003–2010) before serving as Executive Property Director and Main Board Director of FTSE 250 Grainger plc (2010–2017), where he led the company’s transformation into the UK’s largest listed residential investment business and a leader in Build to Rent. Since 2018, Nick has run Square House (Consultancy) LLP, providing senior advisory and non-executive support to institutional investors and developers internationally, alongside extensive experience engaging with government on housing policy.
