Jonah Paransky

Jonah Paransky has been working with EQT since 2021 as Senior Advisor on vertical software investments.

With over 16 years leading B2B software companies, Jonah specializes in shareholder value creation through organic growth, M&A integration, and operational transformation across vertical markets including legal tech, hospitality, and martech.

Currently President, Americas at The Access Group, he leads regional growth strategy, scaling the region 3x in 24 months. Previously, Jonah served as CEO of Crownpeak Technology, a digital experience platform. Prior to that, he held global leadership roles at companies including Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis, and Symantec.

He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
