Jake Brace

Jake Brace has worked with EQT since 2020.

Mr. Brace has over 30 years of experience public company experience in strategy, finance and corporate transformation. He is a veteran of 25 years in the airline industry serving as the CFO of United Airlines and leading its restructuring. Subsequently, he served as CEO and/or President for companies in the health care, E&P and retail industries leading strategic turnarounds. In addition, Mr. Brace has extensive governance experience having served on board of over two dozen public and private companies in numerous industries. Mr. Brace has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Industrial
Engineering from the University of Michigan.
