Erin Caimano

Erin Caimano is an MD for US Portfolio Operations, Infrastructure at EQT, where she leads value creation initiatives across portfolio companies and targeted global operations programs. Based in Atlanta, Erin's work spans EQT's North American infrastructure portfolio, with reach into global operational improvements. Erin joined EQT in 2024. Prior to joining EQT, she served as a Chief Transformation Officer with Atlas Holdings, and before that spent nearly two decades in executive operations leadership roles at General Electric and ABB across the Energy, Chemicals, Power, and Industrial sectors in North America and Europe. Erin holds a B.S. in CEE/Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and she is a licensed professional engineer.
