David Pontari

David Pontari is a Director on the Infrastructure team at EQT, where he leads investments across energy and transportation. He is closely involved in EQT's build-out of distributed power, storage, fleet electrification, and grid-adjacent platforms across the region. David joined EQT Partners in August 2020 in the firm's New York office, was subsequently based in Sydney, and has since returned to New York. David holds a degree in Finance and Economics from William & Mary, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was named a Monroe Scholar. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at J.P. Morgan in the Leveraged Finance Group in New York.
