Prior to joining EQT, Colette worked in Investment Banking at Barclays where she focused on the Power & Utilities industry. She started her career in Strategy Consulting with Accenture. Colette holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Science and Engineering from Duke University.
