Christopher Norbye

Christopher has been working with EQT since 2021.

Christopher Norbye is a highly commercial and business-oriented leader with a strong track record. He is the CEO of Beijer Ref since 2021 a Swedish listed company focused in the Refrigeration and HVAC segment.

Prior to assuming the role of CEO at Beijer Ref, he held key positions such as Executive Vice President & Head of Entrance Systems Division at Assa Abloy, Executive Vice President and President at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions.

Christopher earned his MBA from the University of Miami.
