Annette Rippert

Annette Rippert has been an Advisor to EQT since 2024.

Annette has led and advised global technology and professional services organizations for over 30 years. As Group Chief Executive of Strategy & Consulting at Accenture, she led reinvention of the firm’s $13B global portfolio of Data, AI and Advisory services. As Chief Executive of Accenture’s Technology business in North America, she led expansion of capabilities into cloud, platform services, and software engineering. Annette retired from Accenture in 2023.

Annette currently serves as Chairperson of Perficient, an EQT portfolio company. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Hartford (NYSE: HIG) and OpenText (NASDAQ: OTEX), and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University.

Annette holds a BS in Computer Science from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and a Masters of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
