Anne-Sophie Hoffmann

Anne-Sophie Hoffmann joined EQT Partners as a Sustainability Associate in September 2021. She supports investment professionals and portfolio companies in integrating sustainability into business strategy and operations to unlock value creation and positive impact.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Anne-Sophie worked as consultant at Deloitte focusing on Sustainability advisory.

Anne-Sophie holds a B.Sc. in International Business and an M.Sc. in Finance & Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School, where she specialized in the intersection of sustainability and business through her bachelor’s and master’s theses and electives.b
