Alessandro Perrotta
Alessandro has been an Advisor to EQT since 2024.
Alessandro is a seasoned global executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, and private equity-backed businesses. He began his career in 1994 as an Antenna Engineer at Motorola, where he was awarded several patents in the field of antennas and electromagnetics. In 2001, Alessandro joined Amphenol as Vice President of Sales and Engineering for the Antenna Business Group. He went on to serve as Corporate Vice President and Group
General Manager of Amphenol’s Mobile Consumer Division, overseeing significant
global growth.
In 2011, he transitioned to the renewable energy sector, joining REC ASA as Senior
Corporate Vice President for the Cell, Module, and System Division based in Singapore. Two years later, he was appointed CEO of FCI Electronics, a Bain Capital portfolio company, where he successfully led the company through a strategic sale in 2016. Following the acquisition, Alessandro became an advisor to Baring Private Equity Asia, supporting due diligence efforts for the acquisition of Interplex (now ENNOVI/Interplex). Upon completion of the transaction, he was appointed Executive Director of the Board and subsequently became CEO, leading the transformation of the business which was exited in 2021.
In 2024, Alessandro founded ResurgeTech Advisors, an independent advisory firm
based in Singapore, providing strategic and operational support to private equity firms, family offices, and private companies undergoing transformation and turnaround initiatives.
He is also deeply engaged in civic and industry organizations. Alessandro co-founded the Singapore-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and serves as Vice President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, where he has chaired multiple committees, most recently the International Relations Function Committee. He is also a member of the UAE–Singapore Business Council and previously served on the International Council of the National University of Singapore until 2023.
Alessandro is an active member of the Chief Executive Organization (CEO) and the
Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University (1994), an Executive MBA from the University of Miami (1997), and completed the President’s Program for Leadership at Harvard Business School in 2025.
