About Arium Networks
Arium Networks started in 2003 as the small cell business segment of Crown Castle, a U.S.-based TowerCo. Since launching, Arium Networks has grown into a leading outdoor small cell platform specializing in turnkey small cell solutions, providing connectivity, capacity, and densification to the largest U.S. mobile network operators. Small cells are compact devices typically attached to existing urban infrastructure, providing capacity for high demand areas where macro cells or towers are not feasible. The Company benefits from long-term contract visibility with investment-grade carrier tenants and serves an integral part of mobile network operator infrastructure. Combined with unique access to an extensive fiber network, Arium Networks is well positioned continue supporting its carrier customers through additional small cell deployments.
Market trends and drivers
Mobile networks have largely completed their 5G coverage buildout, shifting carrier priorities from broad coverage to capacity densification in high-demand areas – a transition that macro towers cannot address alone. As data consumption continues to grow, small cells become the essential tool to meet that demand economically. Arium Networks sits at the center of this shift, providing the turnkey outdoor small cell infrastructure that enables carriers to densify networks in urban environments, delivering more reliable and higher-capacity connectivity that underpins economic activity, remote work, and digital inclusion.
