Our “Connecting the Dots” strategy links processes, technology, and data to deliver integrated, flexible, and data-driven solutions for the business.

Human Resources

The HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Analytics teams in Warsaw are building EQT’s global hub for people processes, data and insights. From Warsaw we centralise payroll and HR operations for Europe, APAC, and North America, and we run our HR systems and people analytics - transforming people data into actionable insights. We standardise workflows, strengthen data governance, deliver reliable reporting, and enhanced employee experience. As EQT scales, Warsaw will be the backbone for our people platforms and enable data-driven decision-making across HR and the business.

RRC

The Risk, Regulatory & Compliance (RRC) team safeguards EQT’s integrity and resilience by ensuring our operations meet the highest regulatory and governance standards. From Warsaw, we support global colleagues by strengthening processes, driving automation, and enhancing the way we manage and monitor risk. As EQT continues to grow, our Warsaw presence will play a key role in promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible investing across the firm.

Real Estate SSC

The Real Estate Shared Services Centre in Warsaw is building a scalable hub that supports EQT Real Estate across markets. We standardise and automate core processes, strengthen controls and data quality, and apply technology and AI in our daily operations to increase speed and accuracy. Our work delivers consistent service at a high standard and frees investment and asset teams to focus on value creation.
