Mr. Adeliño has 22 years of construction and development experience, working in several engineering and Real Estate firms from the Tenant and the Developer side. He is responsible for the due diligence and delivery of EQT Exeter developments in Spain. He has been worked for the logistics, manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma and commercial industries in projects up to €100M construction cost. Mr Adeliño earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Comillas in Madrid and a MSc on Project Management at the Politecnica University in Madrid. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
