Over the past 32 years, we’ve grown to become the second-largest private-markets firm in the world by capital raised. In 2025, EQT was the most active private-markets firm in equity capital markets (ECM) transactions for the second year running. Along with a portfolio of companies, we have investments across infrastructure and real estate. Our ambition has always been to build real differentiation in a market that is increasingly consolidating.
