Sam Piran

Sam Piran joined EQT Legal in 2022 and is based in the Stockholm office.

Prior to joining EQT, Sam worked as a fund formation lawyer at the law firm Mannheimer Swartling with an exclusive focus on fund formation, fund structuring, incentive schemes and other fund-related matters, and have previous experience as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court.

Sam holds an LLM (Master of Laws) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University, Sweden.
