Rafael Arranz

Rafael. Arranz serves as Director of Investment and Asset Management at EQT Real Estate, where he focuses on the Living sector across Spain and Italy, covering student housing, flex living, and residential asset classes.

He joined EQT in September 2020 as an Investment Associate and has since progressed through the organization, assuming his current role in January 2025. Since joining, he has been involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting through asset management and portfolio dispositions, including EQT Real Estate's first sale of its Spanish living portfolio.

Prior to joining EQT, Rafael spent approximately three years at Alantra, where he worked in Corporate Finance advising on real estate and M&A transactions.

Rafa holds a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College, as well as a Master in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Comillas Pontifical University.
