Lily Chen

Lily Chen is a Director in the EQT Private Capital Asia team. Lily worked for BPEA from 2016 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT.

Prior to joining BPEA, Lily was an Associate at Apax Partners based in Shanghai, focused on buyout and growth investments. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley based in Hong Kong.

Lily holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Yale University.
