Frank Zhao

Frank Zhao joined in February 2023 and is a Managing Director in the in the EQT Private Capital Asia team.

Prior to joining BPEA EQT, Frank was a Partner, Operations at BCG Great China and previously a Managing Director, Operations with LCatterton Asia, based in Singapore and Shanghai for years. Before that, he worked as an Associate Principal at the Operations practice of McKinsey & Co in Shanghai.

Frank holds a Bachelor Degree of Engineering from Shanghai JiaoTong University.
