Alexandra Edlund

Alexandra Edlund is the Chief People Officer at EQT, where she leads the firm's global people function and is responsible for talent, culture, and organisational strategy. She sits on EQT's Executive Committee, bringing to the role over a decade of experience at the firm, most recently as Head of HR Real Assets.

Alexandra joined EQT in 2014 and has been based across three of the firm's major hubs, having worked in Hong Kong and New York before returning to Stockholm in 2023.

Alexandra holds an MSc and a BSc in Human Resources from Linköping University. Prior to joining EQT, she worked at Klarna as an HR Business Partner.
