Adil Haque

Adil Haque joined EQT Partners in 2014 and leads Institutional Product Management within the Global Client Solutions team. He is responsible for fundraising strategy, sales enablement, co-investment strategy and execution, and senior stakeholder management across private capital, infrastructure, and real estate. From 2014 to 2024, he was the Co-Head of Client Solutions for the Americas, and in 2024 he was Enterprise Leader for Infrastructure Client Solutions. Adil is a member of the Global Client Solutions Management Group, EQT’s Operating Committee, and Fundraising Forum, and previously served on the Investment Committee of the EQT Foundation.

Prior to joining EQT, Adil was a Principal at Apax Partners from 2001 to 2014. He was a member of the technology and telecommunications investment team, and later investor relations team. He also led investments across macro, credit, and quantitative hedge fund strategies.

He began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in the technology, retail, and financial services sectors.

Adil holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
