Nisha Raghavan

Experience

Nisha Raghavan joined EQT Partners in June 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and is a Managing Director of EQT Real Estate Advisory Team. She has over 17 years of experience within the real estate industry.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Mrs. Raghavan was a Director at Clearbell Capital LLP, a UK real estate fund manager. At Clearbell she was involved in all aspects of finance and accounting including acquisitions and disposals of investments, with a focus on structuring of funds and investments, debt and execution and subsequent integration processes and risk management. Previously, she worked at Pears Global Real Estate Investors, and at Delancey Real Estate Asset Management in similar roles.

Mrs. Raghavan holds a B.Comm. from the University of Madras and is an Associate Chartered Accountant. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Association of Taxation Technicians of England and Wales.
