Neil Jones

Neil has been a Senior Advisor to EQT since September 2025.
Neil is Principal of Moata Ventures, a private investment platform with a focus on “living” real estate and with investments in Europe and Australia.

From 2012 to 2025, he was co-founder, CEO and more recently Chairman of
Livensa Living, a leading fully vertically integrated owner/developer/manager of
student accommodation and flexible living solutions in Spain and Portugal. The
business was sold in Sept 2025 to CPP Investments.

Previous appointments include: Chief Executive of Grosvenor Europe, Executive
Director of Grosvenor Group Ltd, Non-Executive Directorships of Société Foncière
Lyonnaise S.A., Majid Al Futtaim Properties LLC and The Leducq Foundation.

He has lived most of his career in Paris and Madrid with postings in London,
Brussels and Hong Kong.
