Max Berger

Max Berger joined EQT in February 2024 and is a Vice President on the Communications team based in New York.

Prior to joining EQT, Max was part of Prosek Partners, a leading independent financial communications agency, where he advised large-cap and middle market alternative investment firms on media relations and corporate communications strategies.

Before Prosek, Max counseled economic development organizations and government agencies on public affairs and communications programs at Development Counsellors International. Max began his career on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., first as a campaign staffer, and later in a U.S. congressional administration, focusing on constituent communications and legislative areas including foreign affairs and transportation and infrastructure.

Max holds a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Alabama.
