Laurie Ehrbar joined EQT in 2023 as Managing Director, Head of Digital Growth - US. In this role, she is advising EQT's investment teams and portfolio companies on digital transformation.
Laurie has over 20 years of experience embracing the digital intersection of product vision and customer empathy across both large and small companies. Prior to joining EQT, Laurie held back-to-back Chief Marketing Officer roles, most recently for Smarsh, and prior to that, Bizagi. In both roles, Laurie navigated acquisitions, consolidated and up-leveled the tech stack, expanded their global footprint, grew marketing sourced and qualified leads and exceeded pipeline goals. Prior to becoming a CMO, Laurie built and launched the first global industry strategy across marketing, sales and partner organizations for Servicenow. Laurie held additional senior management positions at Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup and TD Waterhouse.
Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Media from Syracuse University.
