Jim Bolch

Jim Bolch has been an advisor to EQT since 2015.

Jim was the former Chaiperson and Chief Executive Officer of JF Petroleum Group, the leading comprehensive solution provider to the North American fueling infrastructure industry. Previously Jim was President and Chief Executive Officer of Exide Technologies (NASDAQ: XIDE) until 2013. Before joining Exide in 2010, he served as Senior Vice President and President of the Industrial Technologies sector for Ingersoll Rand Company (NYSE: IR). From 2003 to 2005, he was Executive Vice President for Schindler Elevator Corporation (Swiss Exchange: SCHN). Previously, Jim spent 21 years with United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX) where he held senior roles in Otis Elevator, UTC Power and United Technologies Research Center. Jim previously served as a board member for Chicago Bridge & Iron (NYSE: CBI) and currently serves on the board of Launchpad2x, a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of female entrepreneurs.

Jim earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University, a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
