Bianca Stocia

Bianca Stoica joined EQT Partners in February 2026 and is a Director on the Private Equity team, based in New York.

Prior to joining EQT, Bianca was a Director at Silver Lake, where she spent more than 10 years investing in financial technology, software, healthcare IT, education technology, and tech-enabled services businesses.

Bianca graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Mathematics.
